I’ve been collecting game shows for many years, and have just started collecting newscasts.  If you’re interested in trading, take a look at my list and drop me a line at mcsittel@cox.net. Please include the DVD and track number of shows you’re interested in when replying so I can easily find the programs.

Please note that I don’t trade shows for cash-that’s illegal.  I usually trade between 6 and 12 hours at a time, but can do more or less.  I will trade for DVDs only; since all of my collection is now in that format it takes too much time to convert VHS to DVD-plus it’s much cheaper postage to mail DVDs!  I also will trade game shows for local newscasts, so that’s another way you can obtain game shows from me if you’re just starting a collection. But if you have a collection, please send a link to your list so I can see what shows you’ve got to offer!

As for what I’m looking for, I’m always interested in foreign game shows, be it a version of a popular US program like “Wheel of Fortune” or something different.  Stateside, I could always use more episodes I don’t have of shows like Wipeout, Talkabout, The Challengers, Geoff Edwards  Jackpot! episodes, early Ruprecht Supermarket Sweep (esp. ones that had characters roaming the aisles which, when encountered, required you to turn and go back the other way), Rayburn/Farago Break the Bank, Garagiola Strike It Rich, High Rollers, Monty Hall Split Second, Pass The Buck, Mike Reagan Lingo, Pat Finn Joker’s Wild, Flamingo Fortune, Hot Streak and Dream House, just to name a bunch of shows!  As far as newscasts go, I’m interested in just about anything, but I prefer recent newscasts from smaller markets.
